Loved my stay! Only suggestion would be to leave extra trash bags for guests to take out their trash as it piles up and there were no trash bags.
Other than that, everything was clean, quiet and perfect. Thanks.

The add was quite deceiving. It implied house when in fact it was a bedroom just big enough to fit a king sized in, with use of a common kitchen and dining room. There were no comfortable chairs only kitchen chairs and a bench. The charge for the dog was excessive. I would not return or recommend. Very disappointing.

It’ s pet friendly property while not free for dog stay unless it’s service dog . 200 per pet per stay is reasonable. You could find the pet fees policy before you booking. I recently stayed at the Quite (Quiet?) House near Vancouver Airport and, unfortunately, my experience was not as expected. While there were some positive aspects, the overall stay was marred by several significant issues.
Check-In Difficulties:
The check-in process was frustratingly complicated. I encountered multiple problems accessing the property, and communication with the owner was less than helpful. This lack of efficiency set a negative tone for the beginning of my stay. There was a clear lack of accountability regarding this from the owner.
I found several advertised features to be either non-existent or poorly executed. For example, the promised pastries were not provided, and the cleaning standards left much to be desired. I have time-stamped photos showing dirty plates in the kitchen cupboards at the start of our stay, inadequate cleaning products, and subpar gym equipment. I'll post on social media shortly.
Positive Aspects:
On a positive note, there were a few aspects of the property that I appreciated, such as a comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels, good location, and more. However, these positives were overshadowed by the overall lack of professionalism and attention to detail.
Conclusion:
The property has potential, but significant improvements are needed to offer a truly professional and accountable experience. I hope the owners take these issues seriously and work towards providing a more satisfactory stay in the future.

Dear Tyler, Thank you to take your valuable time to feedback while you talked with Expedia for different points and requested for refund for your stay. 1. You claimed to Expedia that you waited one and half hour to getting checked in. Our checking in time is 3 pm. our gardener happened to be at the property when you and another guest came over .The truth was he called me and I gave you the entry code immediately within 1 minutes successfully checking in. You are right that we should have offered you the code in advance to improve the efficiency and professional 2. You claimed to Expedia that you didn’t stay at the same room you stayed. Actually you stayed the same newly remodeled room with new bed and new soft plush on mattress. 3. You claimed to Expedia that you washed blanket and wanted to get cleaning fee refunded. Here you said they are very clean. 4. You claimed to Expedia the owner didn’t listen to your complaint during your stay. Actually you never contacted me except notifying me when checking out at 10:40 am . You didn’t mention anything during your call. 5. You claimed to Expedia that the knives, glass and plates were not clean during your stay. My response is another guest checking in at same time with you sharing the same kitchen . You have your own room and private bathroom while kitchen and laundry are shared. 6. Perhaps you misunderstood that We offer the guests some free gift but not pastries. 7. That’s true that the gym equipments are basic as we have limited covered backyard for raining days . Thank you for your valuable stay .Any truth points are acknowledged and we definitely would improve. You are always mostly welcome back anytime.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Sparkling, spotless bathroom and clean towels. The floors were immaculate, and the bed was comfortable with the crisp and fresh bedding. Had an amazing garden with a tree full of juicy plums. However, the room was very small and tight as it only fits a king size bed and a little bedside table. The place lacked basic amenities like tissue paper, shower gel and laundry detergent which we assumed was provided. Plus there was no iron or iron table. We faced issues with a very slow Wi-Fi during our stay as well. In general the room was good and quiet.

Thank you to take your valuable time to suggest what we have to offer better service. You are right. We would add tissue paper instead of the kitchen paper into each room. The shower gel and laundry detergent are always over there. We would make sure they are always there . We would add iron and iron table immediately. Wifi is always fast. Perhaps all the rooms are filled with the guests during your stay causing the slow Wi-FI. Will add Wifi booster at each room to insure speedy Wi-Fi. You are always mostly welcome back anytime. Again appreciate your stay and truth points which help us to improve better service.

The Grand Quadruole Room was perfect for a quick 24-hour visit in and out of Vancouver for our family of 2 adults and 2 kiddos (ages 8 and 4). We had a private bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. The dark curtains were great. Very easy to come in and out. Having access to a kitchen was handy. Also, the backyard was fun for the kids on a hot Summer day, oh and legit the AC in the basement suite was awesome. I would say excellent for a shorter trip of 1-3 days. Owners did a good job on this suite rental. If I were to add one 'nice to have' would be for the television to be on a swivel mount on the wall so it could tilt more openly towards both beds. Overall, 10 out of 10.
