Great hotel. Loved the club lounge. The meals and snack were delicious. Felt it was a little expensive compared to other hotels in the same league. Overall had a great experience

Love the property. The food and the casino were awesome. Rooms were very clean and loved the turn down service

Stayed there numerous times and I’ve had great service every time the hotel is always spotless. Doesn’t matter where you go in it. The staff are very friendly and it is convenient within walking distance of BC place and Rogers place.

Food was very good. Housekeeping staff were excellent as was restaurant staff. Check in was a disastrous but very satisfied otherwise
