This hotel was clean and well-decorated for the holidays. Our major complaints are in regards to the policies. We stayed for two nights but had no basic freshening up of our room. We were only given two K-cups of regular coffee, so on our second day we had none. Of course, we could have asked for them, but on vacation, it feels much nicer to have a few simple needs met without extra effort on our part. The bar closed early and they didn't allow alcohol purchases from their retail shop after 10 either. I can understand this during normal times, but it was December and the lobby/restaurant was still packed at that time. Perhaps they could consider holiday hours? Most importantly, after making our reservations, we received an ad from them with a special December deal. When we asked if we could take advantage of that, they told us we had to cancel our reservations and rebook.Thus, why did they send us the ad?

Thank you for your feedback Emily. We are sorry that we are not offering daily maid service at this time. We are also sorry about our alcohol selling hours. I have passed this along to management. Unfortunately the Holiday special is only valid through our site so we wouldnt be able to transfer your expedia reservation to that. We hope we can have you give us another chance in the future.

We really enjoy staying at this hotel. Love that they have coffee and tea at the front desk as well.
