I called the hotel 15 minutes after checking out to explain I had left a bag in the mini fridge with some of my stuff. I asked if they could hold it to the afternoon when I’m able to pick it up. The manager (Brabh) said, “ok, no problem.” The bag of stuff had food and $100 worth of backpacking camping bowls and utensils. I go to pick it up in the afternoon to find out that housekeeping throw out the bag with my camping stuff in it. The manager and housekeeping denied there were any items in this bag and the manager proclaimed there was not a bag in the room. I explained that’s not what I said in the morning and she continued to deny. We were able to recover one of my items from the garbage bin (she even pulled out the food items that were in this bag as well so I know she pulled out the bag to grab these) but the other items were not recovered even when I offered to look as the manager refused my request. Instead, she maintained her hostility, said it was my fault I lost my items, walked to her black SUV and drove away leaving me standing there without all of my items. Once the manager and housekeeper were proven wrong, they did not take any accountability for their actions. I am beyond frustrated with this hotel staff for their lack of accountability and hospitality.

Breakfast options could be better! Everything else was good.
