The woman working the front was very nice. The room had an instant smell of mold and sitting water. The bathroom had black mold all over the walls.

Noisy rooms. Pool and jacuzzi were both closed. The free breakfast was lacking.

the room smell is terrible for all rooms, the first one we got smelled like cigarettes then the second one smells like dog pee, air conditioning was poorly maintained

This must have been an oversight from our housekeeping since, first we are a non smoking facility, and second, being pet friendly, we do deep cleaning of carpets at a regular cadence. We found that the first room you were assigned was 210, and the second on is 226, so we will make sure such incidence is not repeated for these or any other rooms. I was very disappointed in the condition of the property. Looked like there was some remodeling going on, but no enough to justify. I was approached outside on a couple occasions by homeless. I am not too picky, I am budget conscientious; i was there to visit some family. My daughter tried to talk me into booking elsewhere. I only needed a room to sleep and shower, so I stayed. The free breakfast was subpar. Gas Station roller grill had better offerings. I booked through a website that showed this location at 4.6 stars. I didn't read the reviews until after, very poor reviews. Google the location and rated 2.6 stars.

This property is falling apart. Very loud guests. Lots of trouble just getting a key card for my room. Would not stay here again.

Terrible and waste my money on a place that had no amenities, or breakfast. Everything was falling apart. Weird people .

All amenities weren’t working , which is why I booked. Breakfast was cereal and toast . Everything was falling apart, literally. Druggie slept next door to me, and I felt unsafe to walk the halls. Never again.

The room was filthy and you could tell it was in need of repair. The heater ac unit was disgusting with so much debris in it including shells of bugs. The front desk was horrible not only with customer service but if you're going to smoke weed don't make it obvious at your job in front of clients. I've got pictures of the room and just how gross it was. Not worth the price you pay for the room. This is more of a trap hotel than anything else. I'll never stay there again. Breakfast was bare minimal never experienced that with continental breakfast at a hotel before as nothing was there and nothing kept stocked.
