An older building but kept very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were super comfortable. Lots of water pressure and hot water!🙂 Close to YVR, free shuttle service, free breakfast that starts early for those who have early flights. All in all, a good experience. We will definitely be using this facility again!!

Was safe and fine for overnight airport layover. They make an effort with the breakfast and there is more variety than at other equivalent hotel breakfast places. The shuttle did come eventually, but the 25min wait felt long. Good value for money though, at half the price of other hotels in the area, we would stay there again.

The staff and hotel are fine but you have to call for the shuttle bus from airport and the first trip we couldn’t get an answer on the shuttle phone and when they finally answered on the third call I was put on hold as the desk had a customer so hence 40 minutes before we got there. On the way back we had to wait 1/2 an hour. All the other shuttles came on a continuos basis.

Great customer service. Especially liked our shuttle driver Eddie. Great hotel from all perspectives.
