Usually the staff is nice but was treated to rudeness when checking in. The rooms are usually in good shape but this on had broken curtains, a loose toilet seat and the bathroom door got stuck trapping my wife in the bathroom. Some work needs to be done to get back to the old quality.

The staff was super helpful when I was trying to print documents in the business center
