The room had a very comfy bed and good shower. Breakfast was good and the service staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Only small complaint was a gap in the door which let in cold air, but the heating system was more than adequate to keep us warm. We found the location very convenient for where we had to go, and price was reasonable, so would stay there again.

We went there for the Eras tour last concert. Only for 4 nights and we loved it. Easy transport and lots of dining options. The staff was friendly and professional . This made our stay in Vancouver memorable. We will definitely choose it again if we travel to Vancouver in the future and will recommend to our friends. The area was safe as well.

Everything went smoothly right from checkin right up to checkout. Complimentary breakfast and although not many options for Vegetarian’s. Stay was comfortable for two nights. Very close the most places you want to visit around Vancouver.
