The hotel doesn't deserve the very high consumer's rating

Until today ı was honest and direct person but like you any person never can be honest you didnt use Reservation you went your relative home when you coming hotel you told me a lot of times thanx you talk wery good with me than you went relative home now you give bad point dont wory our customer not beliewe you be hapy

Staff are friendly. The property is old. They keep it clean.

i write some point from my experience on winter stay:
- hotel is in downtown and you have access to all stores and malls
- hotel dont have air conditioner (for summer traveler)
- check the rate by other hotels and specially on TL currency.
-For Iranian Traveler its better to change on border NOT in Van city.
- staff are charming but cant speak English.

ı dont understand you you puy litle money you want 10 starts services and just iranians like that ewery day many europe turkish and another tourıst coming they are wery hapy but why iranians tourıst is problem never ı dont understand ı dont hawe air condioner and ı didnt write ı hawe it.my hotel is newy and wery comfortable ı want nice and honest peaple in my hotel wery clean central wery helpfull staf and good breakfast you get more than puy

Excellent value for money! After a couple of weeks on crappy mattresses, the beds were particularly nice. The owner and staff are personable and helpful. We prefer to make our way with public transport, but the owner is very kind in arranging tours for any who wish.
