Didn't look like the best of areas. Waited until 730 on a Sunday and no breakfast

Check in personal was very unfriendly, ice machine not working but received ice from breakfast area

I never saw an actual employee. You check in on a kiosk. Room was dirty. Ike bed had obvious body fluids on it so it was not used. The other had hair strands and crumbs on it. Ended up taking a blanket out of my car and laying it on top of the bed and used towels for pillows. There was used open soap in the bath. Urine on the floor by the toilet and stool on the toilet seat. I never saw any employees. Went to breakfast which was a waffle machine, cold eggs and sausage with bread and bagels in ziplock bags. No staff present. I did see a cleaning cart in one of the walk ways but it did not seem to move any from check in to when we left.

Good receptionist service, however room service went in without knocking five seconds after my husband left the room, pretty unprofessional in my opinion.

Bugs in our room. Finding an employee asleep in the lobby, then helping himself to breakfast and then smoking standing at the front door so we all get to walk through his smoke. Ever staying at a quality inn again

Let’s start with a centipede in the room. Next at breakfast one of the men supposedly working there was sleeping with his crack showing on the couch in the lobby. Then the same guy goes and makes toast and sits outside with his other coworker smoking in front of the entrance door so we get to walk through smoke on the way to our room. Make sure to wear socks because if you don’t and get into the shower the filth that comes off your feet is disgusting. It’s obvious no one cares about this property, next time we will try red roof inn
