The front desk personnel are extraordinary, the way they welcome you, and take the time to explain everything about the hotel is unbelievable. They took the time to give us recommendations of restaurants, places to see, how to take trips to the lake , or found a great spa for a good massage. "Right in the centre (Roman arena is a few minutes walk away). Train station about 15 minutes walk. Aldi close by too. Great base for exploring Verona and day trips to Vicenza, Desenzano (Garda) etc. "

"The hotel was located in a perfect spot, close to the train and close to the city center with lots of restaurant choices. Very walkable. The room was nice, the breakfast was great and the staff was helpful in directions and restaurant suggestions. As a solo traveler, it was much appreciated!"

"The hotel does not have a bar or shuttle service to the airport (which Expedia lists). Coffee/Tea making should be available in the room. Cannot fault location for Verona and transport links."

"It’s a very elegant and refined hotel with artworks on the walls and some antique decor. This is a true gem for everyone who likes art and history. Besides that the staff is very attentive, the room was a bit dark and no flowers like on the pictures but other than that all was perfect."

"It took me a while to find the area. I guess I needed to see a big sign that says Casamore to know that I was at the right place. The room was very nice and well maintained. It was a very local-feel stay which I liked. You get your own bathroom but you have to come out of your room to get there, though I did not mind the steps to the bathroom. It is also very close to shops, dining spots and walkable to basically all attractions."

"We enjoyed staying at Relais A Pointe. It has a good location, close enough to the city attractions. The staff is amiable and helpful. The room was beautifully cleaned and comfortable, and they offered an excellent room service breakfast. We loved it and will be back soon."
