"We had a really nice stay at Hotel Ibiza. The staff are super friendly and make the time to chat to you which is nice. The food was lovely lots of choice and we ate there on New Year’s Eve and they cooked beef wellington this was delicious. The spa and swimming pool facilities was nice after a day on the slopes. Our room was basic , but cleaned every day. I would recommend booking the Mountain View rooms though. Drink prices at hotel were reasonable. The transfer up and down the mountain to ski was brilliant and helped the legs not to be to tired. Overall a good stay, great location thank you all "

"Had a delay in route to the hotel. Spoke with staff on the telephone explaining the delay in Italy and I would arrive very late that night. They put me at ease explaining there will always be someone available 24 hours"

"The staff was very helpful and kind. The room is quite small but that was fine for two people. We didn’t find any sign to put at the door so we don’t get disturbed by morning cleanings, but somehow the staff seem to know exactly when you leave the room and clean it, even in the afternoon. The food (both breakfast and dinner) was very good. The most satisfying things were : pontillas gondola very close to the hotel and the possibility to go by ski because the end of a red slope is right next to the ski room (super easy to ride) And a nice discount to rent ski equipment. We will be back !"
