It's a decent hotel and most staff is great. However, the kitchen hospitality isn't very good. For example, my wife and i wanted coffee each morning and they wouldn't bring us coffee alone. They would say they are busy and to call back. We learned quickly that the only time they would bring us coffee is when we would also prefer breakfast. Apparently it was a waste of their time to bring us just coffee. Also, we had to order 4 cups of coffee at a time because the would only fill the small tea cupped size coffee cups halfway, 3 sips and the coffee was gone. Alit of the menu items were "not available today" and these tended to be items that were very inexpensive and they were steering is to order more expensive items. Tipping....i am a US citizen and when I interacted with hotel staff they expected and asked for a tip. But when my native Colombian wife interacted with staff they did not ever suggest her to tip. But all in all it's a decent place to stay with a great pool and the receptionists are really helpful.

The pool was not clean, the poolside service was very slow and the elevators did not function most of the time so we had to keep taking the stairs. Water pressure is very week and the air conditioning in the rooms barely gets them cool.

Posted 1 May 2019 on HotelsIt is an excellent hotel right in the center of the city. Easy access and near all the main attractions. The staff is very kind and helpful, they know how to take care of the customers. The best is the buffet breakfast. A lot of fresh fruits and natural fruits juice without sugar and typical regional food. Remember if you are a Colombian Citizen you have to pay "IVA" 19% extra for the hotel tariff. If you are a foreigner you don't pay IVA but you need to show your passport to show the immigration stamp.
It has big and spacious rooms. The pool is good and the restaurant offers good food but I think there is better food in other locals restaurants around it.
