I reserved a room (the ones in the pictures) and got a room adjacent to the reception that was below average, I will try to add pictures of the dirty bathroom, the lack of security and disgusting rugs that I just folded and got out of the way.
The hotel is cute but unfortunately I was mis lead by the photos. I was given a room with no view and that was a little disappointing . The rooms have no tv and our blow dryer did not work. The towels in the restroom seemed dirty and stained . Thankfully I took my own towels, appliances and blanket. The breakfast included was a bowl of fruit and coffee. They have a kitchen/bar but no food options to choose from . The stay was ok and could’ve been worse if it wasn’t for the staff they were friendly and attentive.
Location of property was great but there was absolutely no water pressure. Took a long time to try and shower and very difficult to wash hair as pressure was so bad. They state that windows are mirrored, but when you sit outside you can see everything going on in the room so you have to keep the blind drawn at all times and cannot enjoy the valley view. Little cafe on premises only opens late, so you are unable to get coffee or any form of breakfast until after 8am
Loved the peace and quiet and just getting away to enjoy nature, installations where great everything clean, friendly staff and an excellent pool and restaurant food was top notch, I also enjoyed a horseback ride the concierge arranged for us, highly recommended.

It was a nice place but kind of disappointing to that the room didn't have a TV. Also, if you wanted to bring food or snacks to the pool you couldn't. You are forced to order something from the restaurant by the pool.
A room with no television. losse power so no a/c and no running water for a while. No land line to contact admin, used my cel to contact them several times and no one answers, had to go personally go to the office. Disappointed...
The hotel is very clean. The room was snall but nice. The staff is so nice and polite. The view was super nice. Its a very peaceful setting if you are looking for a quiet place. Lots of vineyards around. I recommend it.

So much potential here. The obvious likes are the layout and view. Disappointing things were No water pressure, breakfast was late every day, staff did a poor job of cleaning the room. Get the staff to show up on time and have breakfast/coffee ready. Provide new glasses and towels everyday. You could tell the glasses were just rinsed out and not cleaned properly.
Private, rustic, beautiful Valle view. Everything we need is here, but it is rustic. If you want the Ritz, go somewhere else, but this place is beautiful and quiet for our needs.
