The staff were great and really helpful, the hotel had everything we needed and was really clean - some of the fizrures etc were definetely showing signs of needing to be teplaced but they wre clean so it didnt matter. Its a quick taxi ride to the centre of town or about a 1p minute walk.

Ex military here. Cleanliness, working, clean shower and friendly staff is paramount to me. Everthing else is secondary

The hotel is very outdated. It does not look like in the pictures. The water in the pool was dirty. The mini fridge in our room was disgusting. There is not water pressure in the bathroom. Hot water takes forever to come out. The towels were old. The bef sheets had holes. Staff was very nice.

We appreciate your comment. However, we respectfully differ from the above: The room and services were delivered well. In case there was a problem in the room, you could easily request a change or, in your case, cancellation. It has been reviewed again. We did not find details of water pressure, refrigerator operation, the pool was used without problems, etc. The hotel is not luxury for the amount you pay. The concept is inspired by a Valladolid house. As mentioned in the description and photos on the portal, it is exactly as the service is offered. On our part, we continue to work forward to continue offering pleasant stays for guests who really require it. Thank you

Great Value
Posted 9 Jan 2024 on HotelsLovely little Mexican style hotel. It was ver comfortable and fairly quiet. We stayed in a suite that had a king bed, a couch, fridge and a coffee maker. There was a garden in the court yard with a pomello tree with fruit! We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel
