Really lovely property in an excellent location - cenote across the street and less than 10 min walk to the main square. The grounds and pool area are beautiful, rooms were cute and comfortable and the staff were wonderful.

Property was very central to everything. Parking was right across the street and safe. Luis checked us in and was very friendly and answered all our questions! We walked to town square for a great meal. The property was cute, clean and inviting! Definitely stay there again!

Very nice simple hotel 10 minutes walking from the main square in Valladolid. The room was clean, big plus the free common kitchen where you can have free coffee and water and eventually have your own breakfast, as well as the parking in the private courtyard in front of the hotel. Friendly staff.

Great hotel in Valladolid

Great hotel in Valladolid. We stayed in the suite, it was clean and had everything we needed (even a hammock). There is a kitchen available for all guests, it had the essentials and we used to prepare our breakfasts. The decor is great. Location is fantastic, very close to the main plaza and to the cenote. There is also a convenience store next door. We will be back!

My husband and I spent a couple nights here on our 25th anniversary trip. It was very close to cenote Zaci. I'd recommend bringing your own lifejacket if you visit that cenote. The room was clean and comfortable. The Jacuzzi tub took a long time to fill but was wonderful. The door didn't feel very secure and there was no safe in the room to lock our valuables. They do lock the gate to the street at night, so I didn't feel like I was in any danger. The neighborhood was nice and a convenience store is right nextdoor.

This is a quaint small hotel with a home like feeling. They have a kitchen and refrigerator for guests which came in very handy.

Great local feel - just what we've been looking for. Very pleasant and helpful staff. They even have a group to share latest information and recommendations with guests. Everything in walking distance. We just loved our stay at Real Haciendas :)

It was an emergency reserve due to other hotel problem and it turned to be an excellent option not so close to downtown but really good deal.

I loved this beautiful little place with its incredibly sweet and friendly staff. But we left early because the bed was like a rock, but worse the pillows were overstuffed rocks as well. I slept so poorly that I booked a different place as soon as I woke up. Also the pool was so disgusting- it had a layer of scum on the top and no filters running. It’s a shame because the place is so reasonably priced and so pretty. I really hope they fix the pool and bed situations because then this would be a little gem.

L’hôtel est situé à quelques pas du cenote Zaci. Nous avons aimé la situation géographique de l’hôtel (zone authentique mexicaine). Il faut s’attendre à entendre chanter le coq au réveil. Nous avons aimé pouvoir utiliser la cuisine commune. La piscine manquait de filtration et l’espace tourbillon n’était pas en fonction. Pour le reste nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Très bel hôtel

L'hôtel est très beau, très bien placé, les chambres sont propres et le personnel gentil. Pas de petit déjeuner fourni mais une cuisine commune à disposition. Le seul bemol du voyage est que la piscine était très sale (personne ne l'a utilisée) : pleine de saloperies, eau trouble... et qu'ils n'ont rien fait pour la nettoyer à part retirer quelques feuilles.

Excelente opcion de hospedaje en Valladolid

Llegue al hotel ya tarde, sin embargo mi corta estancia fue agradable, Lincon, de recepción, muy atento y amable. El hotel pequeño pero muy pintoresco, limpio, cómodo y centrico. No tuve oportunida de meterme a la alberca por mi itinerario, pero el espacio esta super lindo
