Location and Price. Hostal Paris is near the Plaza and historic places. You can walk to the cathedral, Museo de la Escultura, Cervantes's and Zorrillas's houses, and even the train station (15 minutes). I loved the toiletry items in my room. There are many places to eat nearby, including two cafés just on the side. The staff was very polite.

Just the good; no bad or ugly

Everything was good. I should have stayed longer. I had everything I needed except maybe a kettle but I don't expect that anymore. The heating was good, the bed comfortable, the location great for my purposes and the refrigerator kept my perishables cool.

Getting worse.

Problems in initial reservation and payment. We tried check-in at 2 PM. Room was being cleaned at that moment. During the night, strong weed smell in the floor. Not the best stay, definitely.

Estimado cliente. Sentimos que su estancia no haya sido muy agradable pero nosotros se lo decimos a todos los clientes que no se puede fumar en las habitaciones y así lo refleja todos los carteles puestos en las habitaciones, lamentablemente no todos los clientes hacen caso y por otra parte reflejan muy poca educación y respeto a los demás. La hora del check-in es a partir de las 15/h, no es de extrañar que a las 14/h estén todavía limpiado las camareras. Un saludo
