"We loved this apartment. Vanessa and her brother operate a hotel and multiple apartments in Piazza Armerina. Our apartment was fantastic. It is very centrally located and had it’s own reserved parking spot right outside the door. Two bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a large bedroom. "The pictures on the website look very welcoming and clean. In person this room was pretty much the crappiest stay of my life. The bed was so incredibly uncomfortable. the sheets were hopefully clean but the blanket had a white substance on it. The room smelled so bad of dust and chemicals it burned my nose all night and I was Ike up with a horrible headache that I can’t get rid of. The room was renovated 8 years ago but it is not kept up… definitely not cleaned properly for a nightly rental....

Perfect stay

"Morgan was very attentive and showed us where to park and then helped with our luggage. Room and bathroom were large and extremely clean with a lovely balcony. Breakfast was delicious especially the omelette. Morgan suggested a great restaurant for dinner. Without doubt one of the best B&B’s we stayed in during our trip to Sicily. We highly recommend staying here."

The worst. I travelled 90% of countries.

"Was closed, owner showed up 30 min late, no check in instructions, was yelling on the phone right under our window till 10. No hot water, rooms are not as on pictures, error saying 4 people can stay in one bed in the listing, it wouldn’t be showing in search at all. No baby cribs, it’s just pictures. Fridge is not plugged in. No kettle or any warm water available and no one in the whole building. Mattress smells and has no protector. I only stayed because was late after 8 hours and it was closest. Next time will definitely read reviews as they all are true. Owner doesn’t care and is rude. He texted at 9 am “check out is at 10” that’s all. Didn’t bother nothing. I hope it gets shut down by health authorities. "
