"Unfortunately the room we booked (
pool view) didn't have the air conditioning it was advertised to have which made for a very difficult night unable to sleep in to the 40C heat. The hotel agreed to a part refund for 2 nights so we could move to a hotel with air conditioning, requesting that we speak to go Hotels.com to get the balance of the 2 days they wouldn't refund us for which was for the fees that they had paid to hotels.com. Hotels.com won't honour this refund of the amount they charged...

"This is a beautiful retreat to get away from it all. There is almost nothing in the surrounding area, so people seemed to either stay fully at the relaxing resort, or head on ~30min to the Verdon gorge. The roads are VERY windy and narrow, so be prepared for some careful driving in the area. The
pool and garden areas were lovely and we enjoyed relaxing with cocktails and books both day and night. Both our dinner and the breakfast buffet were delicious with lots of options and fabulous service....

"Clean and confortable room. The property has a green area and a nice pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, but it could have more fruit options. There is pizza and drinks available during the evening, which was really convenient. There are also restaurants at walking distance. I definitely recommend the stay!"
