The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and very clean. The location was great for walking to sights in the area. I’d highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Good Location close to El Carmen. Cool design for the room with some creative choices for decor however the bed doesn’t really have a headboard, just half a wall without a place to rest your head, making it uncomfortable for older people.
I did not appreciate having a comforter without a cover. Otherwise, no other complaints. Staff was helpful. But because lack of headboard, I would not stay there again.

Staff was really nice when we checked in and helpful when we wanted extra blankets.
The room was exactly what we needed, clean, modern and overall we had a very good stay.
