Good hotel but their guest service was terrible

After 1 hours looking for the hotel, We never found the hotel, we lose our money and had to book another hotel to stay

Everything was perfect. Located in a beautiful area of Valencia. Plenty of restaurants and the hotel staff is first class.

This hotel was okay at best. Considering it's a 4 star hotel, the gym was a poor attempt at a fitness facility. The rooms weren't the cleanest and nor were they cleaned properly by room service. The pool was rather disappointing. The things I liked were that the ac always stayed on even if you didn't have your key card in, and the rooms were somewhat soundproof.

Great hotel to stay and access to metro to reach touristic area.

Great hotel
