Imagine a hotel that doesn't offer a washcloth, or have a box of facial tissues in the bathroom. Imagine a hotel room without a chest of drawers to unpack your luggage into. Here it is. When I asked for a low pillow made of feathers/down because of a neck problem I have, they wrote back that they will accomodate this request. When I arrived I pointed out they did not provide this, and they said they don't have one but would look for one at their other hotels. They never communicated with me further even though I continued asking for it. Never stay at this horrible place.

A great hotel in the center of Valencia, so ideal for viewing this wonderful city. The hotel has a cozy feeling to it and the room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The only downside to the room was lack of storage for clothes. There was a small wardrobe which had a single shelf above it, no drawer unit or additional shelves. The hotel has limited facilities, for example only serves breakfast no other meals and this area is used as a cafe/bar for a few hours late afternoon into the evening.
Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed this hotel as a base for our visit to Valencia.

The location was perfect. I enjoed my stay here. Room was spacious. I booked a courtyard view but then learned this is actually no view. So i had to change rooms since I'm a bit claustrophobic. I recommend staying here.

Good hotel. Very odd bathroom. No hooks or towel rails. No water on arrival. Bed was good.
