The area was decent, the apartment was clean however the sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable and the fridge make some strange noises during the night so we ended up having a terrible sleep. For this reason I would not stay there again.

Fantastic 5 Start!
Posted 10 May 2019 on HotelsJust Wow, 10/10, we were well looked after, communication on where to pick keys up was amazing. I E mailed a week before & was given clear simple inctructions. I honestly cannot thank them enough, best experience on apartments I have and I have been around. Apartment owners were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. If you want a stress free, clean apartment, which is value for money, The is it! 10min wAlk to Metro station which gets you in/to the Airport. Also 10min wAlk to the Valencia’s Football stadium. Very easy to get into central, you will not be disappointed at all.

An Impressive Apartment

Pros: Expedia.ca
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Oceangrafic is very close as are restaurants, stores and grocery.
My stay here was very nice. I did have problems contacting the owner while waiting for check-in instructions but this is because he was trying to contact me using WhatsAP which I don't really use. Anyway, once checked in I was happy with the apartment and the facilities. The apartment was recently refurbished. It has an elevator for those who need it. Otherwise it is a 2-3 floor walk up.
The apartment is within walking distance of most tourist attractions, grocery stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The apartment has one queen sized bed and a large sofa so it will sleep 3 comfortably.
There were a few little things that needed attention and the owner had them tended to immediately, which I appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

A fabulous stay
Posted 8 Jul 2017 on HotelsCool and calm apartments at a very good location. Very tidy and neat apartments with all basic amenities.
The only problem I had was the initial check in since there is no front dest and you have to call the owner/caretaker. At that time I had no local phone and had to do the call using a nearby shopekeeper. There must be something easy to handle, may be a phone at the main door. Rest was perfectly fine and I really enjoyed my stay there. Very easy to commute thru buses etc from the apartments and all good restaurants around.

Hotels. Com ne plus jamais utiliser .
Pas de chambre quand nous sommes arrive sur place a 19 h avec 2 enfants ...un week end de marathon on se retrouve a la rue..... scandaleux....
