A fabulous hotel located in central Valencia. The hotel was extremely clean & facilities excellent as were the wonderful staff.

Fabulous hotel in centre of old town

Really central to everything including a 24h underground car park

Great stay
Posted 7 Aug 2024 on HotelsPositives: perfect location in the middle of Valencia, one block from city hall plaza; we were able to bring our dog for a daily fee; they provided a baby cot for our daughter; felt like the hotel was recently renovated; great customer service; had a room on the top floor with great soundproofing (couldn’t hear anything from the street); room had a balcony with furniture which is a rarity for hotels in the area.
Negatives: the junior suite that we booked felt small (barely enough space for us to maneuver…I can’t imagine how small the regular rooms were); the suite had a separate sitting area from the bed, but no door between the two so it wasn’t ideal for our young daughter who had a different sleep schedule; only 2 elevators for the whole building plus the staff with only one going to the 7th floor where our room was…often had to wait awhile, especially in the morning; could clearly hear noise from the hallway including a supply closet right across from our room that the staff accessed regularly; gym was small with limited equipment.
