Hello, despite having a reservation for three people, we arrived at 10:30 pm to check in and when we went to the room, there was no bed for the third person, there were no quilts to cover up for the third person, there was no water to drink. in the room

A nice, newly renovated property centrally located. I wish we knew how to get to the hotel parking before checking in- we were circling around the hotel for at least an hour before managing to get to the reception desk and get the instructions where to park.

Right in the middle of the plaza with great shopping and dinning options. We’d go back there

the only problem was the parking that was difficult to find
