Very bad experience, it’s a one star facility. Should be renamed to “derniere” class.

Basic motel that does what it should by providing a cheap clean simple bed for the night. Very popular with workers stopping overnight or travelers. Friendly staff. Secure security gated parking overnight.

Comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. A long way from Valences town centre but flip side it was quiet. Older hotel so external staircases etc, but easy, free parking

only 2 towels for 2adults 1child, AC very weak!
Okay only for one night on budget!
Breakfast ist worth the 8€ extra für 3 (pre-booked)

Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to write to us and share your feedback with us.Regarding the missing 3rd towel, it was an oversight; do not hesitate, during a future stay, to ask for it at the reception.Regarding the air conditioning, in May, it was still in heating mode. The off-season is complicated for the adjustment of heat pumps.I hope I have met your expectations and that we will nevertheless have the pleasure of seeing you again at the Hotel Première Classe Valence Sud.Best regards

The hotel is nothing fancy, the room was clean. The shower is pretty small, I spend only one night.
