"We had a very good time. The property managers were very helpful. We arrived after the office closed, but we were able to get into the apartment. The apartment is very modern and comfortable. The location is perfect near all the stores and food you can think of. "

"Unfortunately, we were only in the room for less than 8 hours and that was mostly to sleep so we didn't get to enjoy this very nice and spacious hotel room. The champagne was a very nice treat, thank you! If you are looking for any suggestions, you might want to consider adding a full-length mirror. Only having one mirror in the whole apartment/hotel can be tough with two people. Also, you might want to consider adding a magnifying vanity mirror in the bathroom like other fine hotels provide....

"Im extremely disappointed with my experience in this place. I made a reservation for one night : I paid and then made an electronic check-in. I was supposed to arrive at 2pm. I was supposed to get an e-mail from Ella with the access code to enter the apartment and never got an answer on time. I tried to contact her by WhatsApp (voice messages and text messages), by e-mail and by the chat from hotels.com and we even asked a worker from the Sinaia turist information center to call her from a local...

"I was visiting for my partners father 80th birthday celebration. It was my first visit to the area and the Hotel. The hotel can only be described as a Gem! It was outstanding, beautifully clean, the staff were amazing and the manager always asking if everything was ok. The staff were very friendly and polite. Greeting me at breakfast with a smile and good morning. We held a family diner for 10 and the food was fine dining standards . The chef even came out to speak to us and ask if everything...

"After a long drive we arrived at the Stop Hotel. The lady at the front desk was a sweetheart. Even before we checked in she let us know that the AC in rooms does not work due to excessive outside heat. She went above and beyond to help and come up with solutions to keep us cool during the stay. Overall stay was great minus the AC issue which is unfortunate but beyond that the hotel personnel was friendly and rooms were decent. "

"beautiful, clean and fresh air. however, electric car ride was not available, on the day of. No one said anything the day prior if there is no driver. if an event is taking place at the restaurant, entire restaurant is busy and in hotel guests are unable to eat. Some other options would be appropriate for the near future. And have more authentic options on the menu that are hunagrian/transylvanian. I would visit again. "

It was outstanding, beautifully clean, the staff were amazing and the manager always asking if everything was ok. The staff were very friendly and polite.
