Not once did they remove trash in a 3 day stay.

Very disappointed. 2 rooms & both dirty room & dead roaches. Coffee maker still with coffee & cups. Dirty rags left. Tub took 10 min to drain, shower slow to get hot water, mold in bathroom. Room was a collection of future feeling like staying in Salvation Army store. Not offered any help or discount. Never again.

Very upset and and appalled that I spent almost $800 for basically 8 days of hell and all I was offered was One night and nothing else & i was made to change rooms and the conditions of the room were shocking and unsafe

Direct TV kept going out for the first hour or so when we first arrived, only had a quarter roll of toilet paper for 3 people. Came down for breakfast a little after 7 and the bagels were already done.

DO NOT STAY HERE… Horrible property. My TV did not work, the phones didn’t even have cords to contact the front desk, and there was tissue stuck in the hole where the peep whole should be!!!

Posted 4 Jun 2024 on HotelsThere was only 1 towel, 1 wash cloth, and a bath mat. We asked for more towels because we are a family of 3. We were told they didn’t have any more towels and if we wanted more to go buy them. The bathroom was not clean and the room had an awful smell. I paid for 2 nights and left a day early.

The first thing receptionists was not friendly she assigned us a room that was not supposed to be checked out it smelled awful refrigerator didn’t work had a dead roach in it mattress was disgusting bathtub was disgusting second room she gave us not much better behind the night stand was disgusting something was crawling on the mattress a dead roach was in the bathroom I could not stay there the cleaning staff was very friendly but I just couldn’t stay there shopping carts were all around the building I lost my money on this one because I didn’t stay I left and went across the street to a better place I had to pay a lot more money but it was worth it to be able to sleep without worrying about anything because Quality had a no refund I was out 100 dollars that will never happen again I will not be booking with Expedia ever again.

Posted 22 May 2024 on HotelsNo air in room. Mold in bathroom. Staff at hotel not concerned over issues. Room dirty. No breakfast foods available. Will not return and could not recommend.
