Room was suitable for a night's sleep. Holes in carpet,stains on sheets, broken night stand, also killed a roach on the night stand.

Plus: Room was clean, comfortable. Shower was hot with great pressure. And best of all- no Keurig, they had a reg sm coffee pot. The check in staff members was very nice. Neg : lobby was not well maintained and needed to be vacuumed. The price was great for what I got

Very disappointed ! I had to have surgery the following morning and my mom that’s handicap was with me, I couldn’t help her, so I had clearly stated I needed a handicap room, I had booked well enough ahead of time and when we arrived there was no handicap rooms available! Also we went to eat that night and I brought me something to eat again before midnight due to not being able to eat after midnight because of surgery and there was no fridge nor microwave!

My apologies that we were unable to have a handicap room available when you arrived. We only have some rooms with refrigerators in them as well.
