Ok, here's the deal. Expedia overbooked the hotel. I haven't received a refund yet. We had to stay in a different hotel. Expedia called the hotel twice, but they said they didn't have the authority, call back. When they did, they said the manager had already gone for the day. I do not understand why I had to pay without staying there. If they approve the refund, Id be happy to remove the bad rating.

Was charged an extra 20 dollars for what I don’t know, and they didn’t have much for breakfast, usually there is a muffin or something, all they had was bagel, yogurt, waffle, coffee.

Property is in an isolated place at the end of a rough parking lot. Difficult to find after dark.
