"Excellent location! Chair lift just across the road. In the heart of the beautiful town of Val Claret. Staff were also excellent especially Marion, who accommodated all our requests. On the negative side, the hotel is very old and dated. The breakfast and dinner was average. Would still highly recommend ..."

"They say free parking, but then they charge you for parking. They say free internet, but there is no internet. They charge you extra fees when you arrive and when you leave. Don't stay there."

"Rude, uncommunicative reception and property manager. Beds hard, apartment cold, noisy, dilapidated. Bus needed to get to slopes. Dont bother stating here, spend your money elsewhere."
