Located at the base of the pre alps(Dolomites), this hotel is wonderful. On site parking, immaculate and friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast is plentiful. Many stunning, natural wonders here. Not to be missed!

Clean room, comfortable bed, great shower with a good flow rate, and a good breakfast with a good choice. Everything at an affordable price.

The women (and the cat Jack) working at the place were very nice and friendly. We had some issues with our booking, as the place had not received it though we got a confirmation from hotels.com, at the night of our arrival.
There are lots of parking. The beds were not super comfy.

Needs improvement
Posted 11 Jun 2021 on HotelsRoom had a bug. Bathroom had already a few hairs at my arrival. On site parking was booked for a movie scene being shot the day after but had not warned the evening before.. Therefore they woke me up and had me park somewhere else. Personell was not able to swiftly check me out because the manager was away.

Not a mention about you checking out one hour later than you should have. If you had left the room on time it would not have been necessary to move the car. And the manager would be in place. Thank you very much

The area the hotel was in was not the best, I would not go outside after dark. It’s also a good distance from everything so if you plan on going anywhere I wouldn’t stay there. I was not aware that my husband could not have breakfast with me, until the front desk threatened to charge me extra. The front desk also threatened to charge me for a double occupancy because my husband was stopping by to see me during the day. He was having to stay somewhere else due to work. After informing the front desk he was just visiting, he angerly stated that he “gave me” the larger bed because of my extended stay and I should be thankful. I had PAID for the larger bed so I would have room to sleep. After that I just avoided the front desk. The night before I left I asked if I could go ahead and check out for the next day. All he said was I could check out at any time, he never confirmed with me if he in fact had checked me out of my room. Overall I would not stay here again.

This review is outrageous. We didn't threaten you, we only pointed out that meanwhile you were paying for one you were using the room in two. Your answer has been that your husband was just "visiting". Is it called "visiting" if you sleep, take shower and have breakfast in two every day (paying for one)? You informed us about your visiting husband only after our warning, not before, as you should have correctly done. In the end you booked the basic single room but we gave you the Superior single room with a queen-size bed. We didn't expect a thank you, but not even this dishonest review.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. It also had a typical italian hotel breakfast. All for a reasonable price so great when doing business in the area
