Quiet and funky place with great kitchen, friendly staff, nice indoor/outdoor pool. Hiking and running trails right behind the hotel. Grocery nearby. Some communication difficulties but I’m assuming only because it was off-season.

We arrived late, called property manager, she drove from her house to the resort and help us to check in. Everyone we met in the resort is nice and friendly. We had a good time there.

My friend and I stayed in a one bedroom loft while I came to town for surgery and stayed for a week. It was a great place to recover. Terry at the front desk went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed and answered our many requests with patience and respect. The place still maintains a unique charm with its wood detailing, big windows, and quirky art. So much better than these modern renovated hotels. The free shuttle that runs to the village is right outside which was convenient. We want to come back when I can participate in some skiing or mountain biking!
