From the time you check into the hotel to checkout, property has been disappointing than what was pictured online.
1. Breakfast was disappointing. There was a hair that was found in food. At the time, there was a pancake where we request a maple syrup however, there was manager with glasses who said this is how pancake is eaten without maple syrup. He didn’t know what was maple syrup was. Instead of saying they don’t have it, he started arguing back.
2. They advertised there is car parking availability however it is pretty much dirt road in front of the hotel. There is no parking.
3. Hotel rooms and bathroom were decent.
4. GM Aslam was quite appreciative of the feedback that we had given him and willing to make some changes.

Excellent stay

Request for extension of check out time was handled well and the front desk were very helpful. Overall, stay was excellent and this would be the hotel of choice for my future visits to Vadodara

The worse experience of my life.
Posted 20 Feb 2018 on HotelsNever have I ever been so frustrated and angry with any hotel stay. I stayed alone in a single occupancy room. My wife is a local resident who was staying at her brother's place in the city for the time being. When she wanted to visit me; to help me pack for our departure the next day; I was asked to provide Certificate Of Marriage. The manager on site called me and said there's a "female visitor" to see me and it is against hotel policy. WHAT ?!
I had stayed at the Gateway Hotel (another local hotel) for five days prior to this. Not a single person ever asked anything about any of the persons who visited me including my wife.
I understand asking for the ID is necessary, but what kind of a hotel asks for marriage certificate?
What reasonable person carries certificate of marriage with them when they travel?
What a person does in his/her private space inside their room should be their own business and the hotel should be professional about asking for ID and documents.
Highly disappointed. Will advise not to book this hotel. Insulting and rude manager who does not have a clue about customer service.
