Reception staff not helpful they didn’t make things clear I ended up paying extra towards dinner
Some of the restaurants staff did not listen to request properly
Housekeeping staff wiped mugs and water glasses with a dirty cloth
Coaster not changed used same wet coasters until I asked to replace them

The property is on the modern side and is clean. The staff are friendly and courteous. The location is very convenient for shops and restaurants.
