Peppery was under renovation, which was not known at the time of booking. Temporary reception & dinning set up. Access to rooms was from the outside via the basement. No elevators & steep circular stairs. Pavement outside was extremely uneven & as it was raining, lots of deep puddles & mud. Room was basic and set up like a dormitory style. The hotel is ranked 4 star and did not meet expectations at all.

Posted 27 Oct 2022 on HotelsThis hotel did not match the price they are charging. The rooms are outdated and the bathroom was like something out of a bad movie.. tiles were old and dirty and and the toilet had stains.
On top of this the room had a smell of sewerage.
The bed was comfortable though.
For the money you can do better.
