"Beautiful hotel, room, service from the staff and amenities! Unfortunately I got sick due to altitude and the hotel, besides some local herb infusions, didn’t have any medication to help fight the sickness. I understand they don’t want to be responsible for any contraindications or side effects but they should have medication available and simply have the guest sign a release of liability. The hotel is far away from any pharmacy so more than herbal choices should be made available "

"Arrived and showed our Expedia reservation confirmation only to be told they were having trouble with their reservation system and didn’t have room for us for the night. The man at the front desk didn’t know what to do so he called the boss who proceeded to hang up on us when we tried to ask for a solution.
