You Get What You Pay for

Basic room, no frills. The room has a kitchen; but no stove, no fridge, no pots, no dishes, no cutlery. Clean room. Breakfast is included and is okay. Service could be better. The one drink rule seems silly: If one has orange juice, one cannot have coffee.

Gracias por su comentario.Nuestras habitaciones NO cuentan con cocina, y en ninguna parte esta promocionado de esa manera, no se a que te refieres. Y claro que en el desayuno puedes tomar chocolate, batidos, café, capuchinos, agua, lo que gustes. El asunto es que en el desayuno básico que esta incluido por el precio de la reservación solo esta incluida 1 bebida, todas las demás debes cancelarlas por aparte.

The hotel.staff was wonderful: food was great, well prepared. The proprietor apologized from r the run down conditions since COVID had affected tourism, but neither the internet nor THE TV stations worked in the room for the first night. The bed was very uncomfortable. The chef, his wife and child ldren we're welcoming, helpful and pleasant. Too bad. The city is lovely and the whale watching was fantastic!!

Lo unico que nos desagrado fue los tiempos de espera para que sirvieran el almuerzo, 45 minutos, en lo demas no tuvimos problemas

They said reservations wasnt paid but i have proof and wouldnt let my driver check in he slept in his car!! Owner said talk you for refund

La reservacion de hizo en horas de la noche cuando ya habiamos cerrado, no habia nadie en las instalaciones para darle la habitación y el guarda de seguridad no pudo dejarlo ingresar debido a que no fue notificado de la reservación. Como ya le expliqué vía teléfono debe realizar su reclamo de la devolución del dinero a la plataforma de Expedia directamenta y no por este medio, ya que al NO recibir yo el huesped no cobro el dinero y ellos se lo deben reenvolsar a usted directamente. Disculpe las inconveniencias pero por eso las reservaciones se deben realizar con anticipación y en horas hábiles.

Great location close to Costa Rica Dive & Surf, friendly staff and the hotel's owner is always on property. Affordable rates.

Good place but not a great breakfast

Good place, but the breakfast is too small. Small portion which could not qualify for continental breakfast.
