I had to wait 3 hours to get a room after the check in time. The next day I woke up and there was no running water in the complete hotel during the morning. The air conditioner broke, i reported it, two people came over to fix it, it was never repaired and they did not offer another room until the very last day. One of my friend with I was traveling with got food poisoned. There is no air conditioner at the lobby and the restaurants by the beach. Flies over the food.It was a very bad experience. The staff was very nice and the water park was good those were the only good things. Other than that bad, I would not spend my money here again

Me gustó la limpieza en general. El personal es muy amable. Lo único que no me gustó fue que no hubiera agua embotellada en los restaurantes y que el jugo no era natural. Extrañé que no hubiera al menos comida tradicional dominicana como mangu, tostones o sancocho, entre otros. Creo que es algo que vale la pena que los turistas conozcan. Por lo demás, volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.

The room door lock was broken, the balcony curtain was broken, the service on the Brazilian restaurant was horrible, the told my niece they didn't have sprite and after I spoke with some one the sprite came up, they didn't server us enough food. The people that work there don't know the times for restaurant and they don't know too much aboutbtge hotel. They told us that they have a golf car from the lobby to the water park and the day that I need it for my mother in law they told me the golf car was broken. The bartender service was really bad. I will NEVER stay there again. We talk to the workers trying to see if the can fix the problem and they never fix anything.

Viajamos de varios países nos reunimos en el Grand Sirenis de Punta Cana 18 miembros de una misma familia para celebrar el cumpleaños 80 de la abuelita. La infraestructura del resort es muy acogedora y los espacios amplios y bien distribuidos. El Check-in fue un momento muy agradable y nos sentimos bien recibidos. Los siguientes 4 días fueron de altos y bajos, empezando con los restaurantes temáticos, que requieren reserva, recibimos muy poca ayuda del personal de Concierge para acomodar 18 pax al mismo tiempo en un restaurante En el restaurante El Rancho y en el restaurante Las Barcas, a día seguido, tuvimos que esperar más de una hora para ser atendidos y en el segundo habían terminado de comer varios miembros de la familia, mientras el resto no recibíamos nuestro plato; finalmente ese día terminamos cenando en el salón de buffet, que debo decirlo tiene muy buena variedad y calidad en la comida. Cuando una de las habitaciones necesitaba fumigación, por tema de cucarachas, solicitamos nos cambien la misma y tuvimos que deambular por dos horas de un counter a otro para conseguirlo. En general el personal parece que necesita trabajar en Servicio al Cliente, que es finalmente quien paga su sueldo. Afortunadamente en el restaurante SAONA, con servicio de buffet, el personal nos acomodó un lugar reservado para festejar los 80 años de la abuelita, e incluso nos ayudaron con un hermoso pastel. Gracias por el detalle, es un recuerdo que todos llevamos de regreso a casa. En resumen
