Scam - the room with a private pool doesn’t exist
Posted 5 Feb 2022 on HotelsWe booked a room with a private pool but when we arrived the room was located on the 1st floor without a private pool. It turned out the ‘private pool’ was a shared pool on the ground floor with the room below ours. It clearly stated a private pool when we made the reservation and I went back afterwards to double check if it said a shared pool anywhere - but it didn’t. Also the pictures were very misleading of the room next to the pool as we happened to get a room on a higher floor where you couldn’t see the pool at all. So they basically sold us a room with a private pool that didn’t exist.

This pool is always shared to both suites . and it clearly show in the pictures that pool is at ground level .
we have sorry to hear that they marked 2 out of 10 just because of pool .
