Excellent stay. Staff was very nice, polite, courteous and hospitable. Went out of their way to make it a memorable family trip for us.

Damp walls because of ac and accusing customers, and not great service.

Nice hotel, some of the rooms have some wear and tear that need to be fixed up. Room service, breakfast options, pool and gym were above average

Posted 31 Jan 2024 on HotelsHow is this place 5 stars? Maybe once upon a time when it opened. But now it’s very rundown. My room had dead in insects everywhere upon check-in, room also had a strong smell of urine and musty. Can’t get rest as so much noise from both other guests and staff. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

The sea facing cottage was a great facility to stay in. Extremely comfortable and the foot massager was a boon. Will definitely return
