Amazing Facility

I also enjoyed delicious breakfast buffet, and the location is great that there are two Family Mart stores that are so close in this area. I will definitely come back here; I tried a few other nearby hotels in the past, but rooms were not that spacious.

Air-conditioner wasn't working for the whole time we were there

Nice place, conveniently located close to JR station.
What could have been better would have been the size of the window; rather small.

Thank you for staying at Hotel Mystays Utsunomiya.We are sorry for the inconvenience regarding the window.It is difficult to improve it immediately.But we are going to address this challenge to never waste your valuable feedback.Our hotel is easy access from Utsunomiya station by walking and there is new commercial complex which opened recently near here.Then, not only there is a convenience store on 1st floor but also there are many local restaurants around here, it should be convenient during staying at our hotel.If you have an opportunity to come to Utsunomiya, then you stay our hotel again, we are so glad it.We are waiting for your next stay.

The location is perfect for us, easy to find, close to the Utsunomiya train station, entrance is gorgeous, staff is very friendly, room is clean and comfortable, amenities are full options. Price is good, too.
