Bed was very hard and cushions were cheap and flat.

Excellent, large, clean room with a window wall view over the central station and city, but with great soundproofing. Hotel amenities were first class.

Great location right next to Utrecht central train station and the shopping mall and walking distance to the old city and all the main attractions. Comfortable and friendly staff and wonderful spa bath in the room!

Really enjoyed staying with you. I think the only missing piece would be a bath robe and an upgraded gym if I could improve anything.

Nice relaxed atmosphere, clean rooms with modern decor . Wellness facilities have a good layout .
