I did enjoy the nice and comfortable stay, staff were kind and understanding, only issue was the fact that they had no iron or refrigerator or microwave. Overall Pretty good, tram about 4 min away from the hotel where it takes you to Nova Winkelcentrum/Utrecht Centraal.

Great hotel; fabulous staff!
Posted 13 Jun 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is fabulous, really clean, beautiful location, comfortable and the shower was actually hot and powerful! What sets this hotel apart is the staff, though, they are all truly wonderful and nothing was too much trouble.
They sell everything you could need in the reception too, so if you are forgetful like we were on this trip, you don’t need to worry!
