Our reservation was not honoured. We had to find alternative accommodations. Contacted Expedia but they were no help. Tried to apply for a refund online but kept getting rejected by Expedia.

Misled and annoyed

The picture on the reservation page only shows riverside rafts but on arrival I was told to pay 20% more to stay on a raft. The reservation process did not indicate that the rate was for an inland cabin
