"We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."

"The property is a great place to stay as a family and the interior of the unit is awesome. Only issue I found was the shower was clogged and it has been like that for the whole stay although notified. The interior materials were high quality with a great view of the city. The bedding could have been cleaned but they rectified as soon as noticed. The caveat of this building is the parking. If you are driving reconsider just based on my experience. "

"WOW. We walked in and realized that there are security cameras everywhere and the fact that the caretaker was to stay with us is not advertised at all. We didnt feel comfortable so we just left.. the worst part? Hotels.com was never able to reach the manager, so we never got refunded for the money. we did NOT stay here, so i would think twice before staying here. If you are okay with staying with a caretaker, why not? but we just didn't feel comfortable and something about this place was OFF and...

"Had stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks with my Family. The apartment was fully furnished with all appliance & very well maintained in a quiet locality. "We have one transit night in Colombo and choose this suit apparyment for family stay. The appartment was very neat and clean as well as secure with all facilities including stat of the art swimming pool. The owner Mr. Don was very helpful and supportive and assist us in all manners. The only drawback is you probably unable to go outside without necessary security access that can be granted during morning time."

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine care. Ms. Dipali Deore, G. R. E, greeted us with a heartfelt Ayubōwan like no other and made us feel instantly at home. She went above and beyond, personally escorting us to our room and giving us a detailed walkthrough of the in-room and hotel amenities. Her passion for service was truly evident—she serves from the heart. At the front desk, Mr. Fayaz, Manager on Duty, led his team with professionalism and grace. Mr. Adhil Marikka, our check-in agent, was both professional and accommodating. After our long-haul journey from New York City, Adhil ensured a swift and seamless check-in, honoring our request for a Lotus Tower view and making the entire process efficient and stress-free.
