"Amazing property!! Our room was so peaceful, very spacious, and very renovated. One of the best hotels in Japan that I have stayed in. Onsen was beautiful! Right next to a great outlet mall! Lots to do around the area. We were able to bus and uber around the property."

"It was a relaxing and comfortable stay. Hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel lobby has a welcoming and warm fireplace, it was perfect on a cold day.
