Guaranteed 2pm check in. Arrived at 11:30am and explained we had to leave at 2:15pm for a tour and asked for an early check in. I know it’s not guaranteed which is fine but he responded no problem we will definitely get you in early. Threw him a nice tip. After eating we sat in the lobby why this dude played on his phone and occasionally stared at us until finally at 2:10pm I walked up and asked about our room. He said they just finished it but I need to go check it. Finally got the check in code at 2:20pm and by the time we dropped everything we barely made our tour and got garbage seats. Decent hotel but front desk staff was not friendly guessing because I’m American. Oh well I wouldn’t stay there again.

Hello Brain! Our check in is from 14.00 pm, entering before that time is subject to availability. To ensure an early check in you must book the night before entry is the only way. All our guests are treated the same way and not by their nationality. Regarding the subject of the tour and the seats they were given, it is not up to us as this is not a service provided by the company, the hotel does not sell tours.
