The one thing I didn’t like about the hotel is that there were parties every weekend in the hotel with loud music lasting until 02:00AM. One of the hotel staff members even came to my room to measure the decibels of the music when there was a quiceñera going on and confessed that the music was in fact way too loud. However, nothing was done to lower the volume and this really negatively influenced my stay at the hotel.
I came to Bogotá for a business trip and the parties in the hotel made it impossible for me to get a good night sleep.
But overall I do like the area and the hotel itself is clean and offers a great breakfast.

Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Service was exceptionally good. Breakfast options were delicious. This was my first time visiting the hotel and I will definitely book with them when I return to Bogotá.

The Hotel Staff and general were vigilant during my stay. I'll definitely recommend this hotel, looking forward to staying there again.

Always great. Small details when they saw that we were two different parties waiting for checkin immediately called for additional personnel to expedite the process.. that says a lot about a place.

This is a wonderful Hotel chain. They have exceeded my expectations. All the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure I had a comfortable stay and looked after every detail, nothing was overlooked. The restaurants in and around the hotel are well service and provide a variety of delicious culinary delights.
There are way to many people to thank but I want to send a special heartfelt thanks to MariaAngel and Nathalie at front desk, and Estaban in housekeeping. Thank you and I look forward to staying at Sonesta again very soon!
