***NO AIR CONDITIONER*** The location is pretty good, I stayed 3 nights but I had to change hotel due to lack of air conditioning, the place was not the prettiest but it was not bad either.
The breakfast was ok. The employees weren't the friendliest but they helped with everything we needed.

I go to Bogota on and off and used to stay at Le Manoir hotel and decided to try this hotel BUT will not stay here anymore the reason why :
1- There is no one helping with the luggage
2- Hotel is not friendly when you arrive to take luggage up as it’s all stairs , no ramp
3- electricity went out and my sister who was staying in the 6th floor has to carry her heavy luggage all the way up
She is back in Bogota staying back at Le Manoir and I’ll do the same when I return to Bogots

The property was excellent and in a great location. The only complaint we had was about the TV which had to keep re-starting, but other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

Everything was good, but definitely needs some updates as the rooms look rundown.

Only thing I didn’t like was that the shower and the sinks will get flooded

This is an outstanding property with dedicated and pleasant staff, particularly Daniella at the front desk. The modest breakfast was excellent with some of the best cooked to order eggs that I’ve ever had. Everyone in the staff was cheerful and very eager to help. An outstanding experience with tremendous value!
